Pretzels

Here's a funny story about pretzels.

There was once a businesswoman who was awaiting her flight at the airport terminal.
Feeling a slight grumble, she purchased a packet of pretzels before settling down in one the seats nearby. She then flipped open her laptop to clear her inbox before her snack.
Suddenly, she was interrupted with munching sounds. She looked around the screen and saw a cheerful man helping himself to the snacks. In her anger, she glared at him to which he simply smiled and continued munching away.
She then snatched the packet back and started to stuff her mouth with pretzels in response. The man was stunned for a while, he then snatched the packet back. This mutual snatching continued until.... there was only one pretzel left.
As she continued to glare at the man... the man silently took the last pretzel, broke it in half and placed one half in his mouth. The lady then snatched the last piece and stomped off to her departure gate.
As she was about to board the flight, she reached into her purse for her boarding pass. Lo and Behold, her pretzels were in her purse all along...

The Bird's Nest

The Beijing Olympics has been spectular,
and right now. this very moment, it comes to an awesome close with its grand closing ceromony.
Amidst all the sensation of being awe-struck, there is a very mellow revelation that a storm is coming.
In all the beauty of the games, we can see that there is going to be a collision of worlds. This clash will happen within our lifetime.

Another Random Thought about the Dark Knight

The whole of Gotham believed in Harvey Dent,

Regeneration?

Looking through my old photographs, this popped up
and I am reminded of how carefree I was in uniform.
:) Those two years were not wasted/
Its not a matter of being authority, ( we always are)
but a matter of what we do under the restricted space we have.
Maximising the little things life has given to us.

Articulation

The more I learn about articulation and the power of words,
the more I am unable to express myself.
Articulation is meant to bring forth the beauty of language and content,
and I do not feel I give this word or myself our due justice.

its been a long wait

Who can possibly not love him? My roomie is _____

University has finally started for me, after a hiatus academic break for almost 2 and a half years, I am finally back on track. It seems almost like a dream to me.
School is very fun at the moment, this could be due to the lack of tutorials or perhaps that it suits my passion in the media. Hopefully, I pray that its the latter.
Hall (hostel) life is pretty enjoyable as well. The constant socialising and antics that run about keep our student lives vibrant.
As fun and rosey as things are as of the moment, we should remain apprehensive. Like my roomie says: A good dose of discipline is required.
I hope that I remember to take mine.

Fanning the Flames

A little piece of advice for many of my silly naive friends out there.
With the advent of the internet, many of us are given the opportunity to publicise our thoughts and emotions. Many of which are ugly.
But no matter how great you percieve yourself to be... be careful of what you project out to others. Expose online, only the things you are willing to be accountable for. As for objects which you dare not bear the consequences, please use your common sense and keep it in the depths of your heart.
Many things are better left between God and you. For Man will always love to chew upon bitterness before spitting them out in disgust.
Another advice. Never place your specifics, eg: your name , your workplace and position frequently on your blog. For these will make them appear first on search engines.

As one of those who placed in so much effort and time to coach you before watching you take my place, I am totally disgusted at your duality and total ingratitude for those around you. I am appauled therefore I wish you good luck at work.
