I was coughing my lungs out on the train today, halfway across the island. I opened and browsed through the interviews you did for your men.
You can tell why your platoon is so messed up. It is because You don't give a shit about your work, you don't give a shit about your platoon, you don't give a shit about those you are supposed to take care of.
I have always hypothesised about how men mimic and follow traits of their commanders. Your platoon is a prime example. Filled with people who don't care about themselves. Thanks to you, many of them see no worth in themselves.

An interview is a painstaking process in which each officer gets to know the problems of his men. There are always problems.
Printing out templates of "he is fine" and " he is happy" is not an interview.

I get so pissed off at slackers because I know that I will always do my job. At least I care.
And to think that you constantly lecture MY commanders on our work ethics.
You are a disgrace to the corp and to my company.

The much-discussed Season Finale of 'School Days'

Some background info:
Makoto Itou (the guy) is best friends with Sekai (short haired girl).
Makoto however, has a crush on pretty girl Katsura Kotonoha (long haired girl).
Sekai, being best buddies, helps the two get attached.
Makoto then starts to blur the line of friendship between his best friend and him.
Yet, he remains attached to Katsura due to indecisiveness.
A confused Sekai claims to be pregnant to be close to Makoto.
Makoto rejects her and goes back to Katsura.and this is what happens.


FYI:
The day before the final episode was scheduled to air, a sixteen-year-old girl killed her father with an axe in Kyoto. In response, TV Kanagawa replaced the episode, which was known to contain similarly violent material, with half an hour of scenery and classical music to avoid association with the murder. Other stations airing the anime followed suit, except for AT-X, who remained indecisive at the time. In the following week, 0verflow announced that a screening of the episode would take place in the Tokyo area as part of the release of the series first DVD volume, and would require a copy of either the PC game or Summer Days PC game for admission. However, AT-X announced that they would air the last episode on September 27, with minor alterations in airing times. The screening of the episode that 0verflow announced showed the uncut version of Episode 12, including the blood color change black to red, more sound effects, and less flashbacks.
