Men

As a bearer of the XY chromosome,
I am very disappointed.

I look around me and I see nothing that I should be proud of.
Muscles and egoes are all they can boast in.

Tears paid in the price of our stupidity and pride.
I wish that my words can undo all the damage dealt, but all I see is the repercussions of the things we did.

Why? Why do we deserve such love from women? when all we do is plunder on their good faith?

Why do we deserve forgiveness? When all we do is forget the hurt we cause?

Why do we deserve a second chance? When we can never deliever the promise we first delivered?

Not all men are a despicable as this. But a large group of them are.


I don't understand how so many of us can even be proud of the way we think and live.
To those who apply, you disgust me. To those who are hurt, I do wish to apologize on their behalf but no apology can make ammends.
