Triumphant!

LOA= Letters Of Authorisation:
A little piece of paper that gives a camp personal to full legal ability to utilise and use a certain contraband item within camp boundaries.

After the many times the Captain rejected my request for LOA for my Sony Steady Shot, I decided to try a different approach.
I tried asking the Major whom my Captain needs to report to. While I was at it, I tried pushing it a little bit more.
